Most software companies blur the line between production deployments and demonstration environments. We do not. Every case study on this site is labelled clearly. A Production Reference is a real customer, named, running on a real Emeron platform deployment that we can speak about. A Reference Architecture Demonstration is a fictional scenario built to investigation-grade detail to show how the platform would behave in a real deployment of that type. Both have value. Conflating them does not.
In the early stages of a platform company there is a temptation to project larger reference base than exists. We have chosen not to. Customers in government procurement are intelligent enough to ask, and procurement officers are professional enough to verify. What we lose in apparent scale we gain in trust. Every claim on every case study page is either a verifiable customer reference, a clearly labelled demonstration, or under NDA with a stated reason. There is no fourth category.
Several additional production deployments are operating under NDA with public-sector and regulated customers. Where the customer's procurement policy permits a named reference, we can broker an introduction following a signed mutual NDA.
Each demonstration is built to investigation-grade detail — full schemas, working workflows, populated registers, audit trails — in a fictional jurisdiction with fictional entities. They are designed to support a procurement evaluation, not to mislead. The fictional nature is declared on every page.
