How we work.

    Small teams, real ownership.

    Every engineer owns a vertical slice. Platform module, integration adapter, or sector product. You ship it, you operate it, you defend it in front of customers.

    Customer-facing by default.

    Engineers attend customer calls. Designers sit in procurement reviews. Operations join solution workshops. Nobody on this team is shielded from the customer.

    Configuration over code.

    We are a metadata-driven platform company. Every line of code we write is in service of not having to write that line again for the next customer. We hire engineers who internalize that.

    Procurement-grade quality.

    Our customers are ministries, regulators, and public enterprises. There is no informal release. Every artifact — code, document, demo — is something that can be put in front of a procurement officer.

    Honesty about stage.

    We are a serious company at an early stage of an ambitious arc. We do not promise large-cap salaries. We do not promise frictionless processes. We do promise honest work, real ownership, and a path that, executed, makes everyone here meaningfully better off.

§ 03

How hiring runs.

Stage 1 — ApplicationEmail careers@emeron.io with the role title, CV, and a short note on why this specific role. No portals, no forms.
Stage 2 — Conversation45-minute call with the hiring lead. Focused on context, expectations, and a concrete discussion of how you have actually done the work before.
Stage 3 — Take-home or working sessionA small, paid take-home (engineering) or a 90-minute working session (commercial / solutions). Output is reviewed against published criteria.
Stage 4 — Founder conversationAll hires meet the founder before offer. Discussion of long-term fit, mutual expectations, and what success looks like in the first six months.
Stage 5 — OfferWritten offer within 5 business days of stage 4. We do not negotiate with counter-offers from current employers as a tactic.
§ 04

What we offer, stated honestly.

Compensation

Market-grade cash compensation for the role and geography. Equity participation for senior and key technical roles, vested over four years on a structured schedule.

Health & insurance

Health insurance for the employee in line with UAE / Indian regulatory requirements, with family-tier upgrades for senior roles.

Annual leave

Statutory annual leave plus public holidays in the location of employment. We expect people to actually take it.

Remote & flexible work

Many engineering roles are fully remote within the IST–GST timezone band. Hybrid for Sharjah-based commercial and operational roles.

Learning budget

Annual budget per person for certifications, conferences, courses, or books relevant to the role. Approved by the line manager, not by HR.

What we do not offer

Sleep pods, free meals, ping-pong tables, or "unlimited PTO" that nobody takes. We are a serious enterprise software company, not a perks brochure.
