Emeron Academy · Certification tracks

Seven roles a digital institution actually needs.

Not job titles — capabilities. Each track exists because a running platform needs someone certified to hold that part of it. Four examined levels in each, from Foundations to Architect, taught in cohorts of eight to fourteen on your own deployment.

Operate & build

The tracks that run
the platform daily.

01

GovStack Administrator

For agency staff who own daily operations. Certifies schema management, role configuration, workflow tuning, monitoring and incident response — the discipline of keeping a governed platform healthy, observable and fast.

02

GovStack Implementer

For analysts and builders who create new modules. Certifies configuration-first design, advanced workflow, integration design and deployment automation — the people who turn a rulebook into a running service in a 14-day cycle.

03

Permit Engine Specialist

For licensing officers and regulatory teams. Certifies permit modelling, inspection design, public registers and fee calculation — intake to issuance as configuration, governed end to end.

04

Citizen Portal Designer

For digital service teams who own the front door. Certifies service design, content modelling, WCAG 2.2 accessibility, language management and journey analytics — twelve languages, Arabic first-class.

Connect & govern

The tracks that hold
the hard edges.

05

Integration Architect

For the staff who connect the platform to everything else — identity systems, payment platforms, legacy mainframes and inter-agency exchange. Certifies integration patterns that survive audits and outages alike.

06

Data & Residency Manager

For data stewards and records officers. Certifies retention configuration, classification, jurisdiction policy and subject-access workflows — residency by architecture, evidenced on demand.

07

Regulatory Supervisor

For supervisory staff in regulators and central banks. Certifies inspection programmes, enforcement workflow and risk profiling — supervision as a governed, auditable practice.

Every track runs L1–L4 — Foundations, Practitioner, Expert, Architect — and every certificate is verifiable in the public professional directory.

Name the roles. We’ll shape the cohorts.
