Every cycle your team runs is a cycle you no longer buy.
The academy is how capability actually moves in-house: seven certification tracks, four examined levels each, taught in cohorts on your own deployment. Certification is public and verifiable — because “our team can run it” should be a checkable fact, not a slide.
Seven tracks.
One capable institution.
Each track certifies a role your institution needs to run its own platform — taught on your deployment, against your services, in cohorts of eight to fourteen.
GovStack Administrator
Daily operation — schema management, roles, workflow tuning, monitoring and incident response.
02GovStack Implementer
Building modules — configuration-first design, advanced workflow, integration design and deployment automation.
03Permit Engine Specialist
Licensing and regulation — permit modelling, inspection design, public registers and fee calculation.
04Citizen Portal Designer
Digital service teams — service design, content modelling, WCAG 2.2 accessibility, languages and journey analytics.
05Integration Architect
Connecting the platform — identity, payments, legacy systems and inter-agency exchange.
06Data & Residency Manager
Data stewardship — retention, classification, jurisdiction policy and subject-access workflows.
Regulatory Supervisor
For regulators and central banks — inspection programmes, enforcement workflow and risk profiling.

Attendance certificates measure chairs. Ours measure capability: every level ends with an examination — practical, written or defended before an architecture board — and every certificate carries a verification URL any third party can check in the public professional directory.
L1 · Foundations
Five-day cohort — multiple-choice and practical exams.
L2 · Practitioner
Ten-day cohort plus thirty supervised days on your tenancy.
L3 · Expert
Four to six months, self-directed — written paper and oral examination.
L4 · Architect
Peer nomination and architecture-board defence — capped enrolment.
Dependency,
designed to fall.
In the first ninety days our engineers lead and your team shadows. By go-live, your team leads and we review. Within a year, most configuration cycles run without us — that is the model working, not the relationship failing. We are paid to make ourselves less necessary.
Bars show Emeron’s share of configuration effort — falling by design.
Three doors in.
Included in the deployment
Deployments above a threshold ACV include academy seats — unlimited on the customer side. Your transfer plan is agreed before the contract is signed, not after.
Through the partner programme
Certified delivery partners build their bench through the same examined tracks — the partner programme covers eligibility and cohorts.
Selective admission
Analysts and engineers building a career on governed platforms — admission is selective, and certification is identical: examined, public, verifiable.
Ask for the transfer plan before you sign.
Which roles, which tracks, which cohorts, on what dates — a capability transfer plan tailored to your institution, as part of the procurement conversation.
