Privacy policy

This policy explains how Emeron Infospace FZE (“Emeron”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information in connection with the emeron.io website and our communications with prospective and existing clients. It does not describe the data-processing arrangements of client deployments of the Emeron platform, which are governed by each client’s own agreements and applicable law.

Information we collect

• Contact information you choose to send us — such as your name, organisation, email address and phone number when you write to us or request a briefing.
• Correspondence — the content of emails and messages you exchange with us.
• Basic technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and to keep the site working.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and arrange briefings, walkthroughs and reference calls.
• To maintain our business relationship, including sending materials you have requested.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations applicable to us in the United Arab Emirates.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis and retention

We process personal information on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to and maintaining business relationships, and compliance with law — consistent with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable to individuals in other jurisdictions, with principles aligned to the GDPR. We retain correspondence for as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate (such as email and hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations; with professional advisers where necessary; and where required by law or competent authority.

Security

We apply the same discipline to our own information handling that we engineer into our platform: least-privilege access, encrypted transport, managed credential storage and audit of administrative access.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict its processing. Write to hello@emeron.io and we will respond within a reasonable period.
